Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 27, 2026

Buldtech Innovations LTD ("Buldtech," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

1. Who we are

Buldtech Innovations LTD is a product development agency that builds fixed-price MVPs. Our website is buldtech.com. If you have questions about this policy, email us at info@buldtech.com.

2. What we collect and why

We collect the minimum data needed to respond to inquiries, deliver projects, and improve the site experience. Here is exactly what we collect:

Contact form

When you submit the contact form on our contact page, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Project type (web app, mobile app, MVP, consultation, or partnership)
  • Estimated budget (optional)
  • Project description

Why: To understand your project and respond with a relevant proposal. This data is sent to our CRM (HubSpot, EU data center) and used only for project communication.

Blog lead magnet forms

When you download a free resource from a blog post, we collect:

  • First name
  • Email address
  • Whether you opted in to receive additional communications (optional checkbox)

Why: To deliver the resource you requested. If you check the optional opt-in box, we may send related build guidance emails. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.

Meeting bookings

When you book a call through our embedded HubSpot calendar, HubSpot collects your name, email, and chosen time slot directly. See HubSpot's privacy policy for details.

Analytics data

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where traffic comes from. This helps us improve content and fix usability issues.

Google Analytics sets cookies (see Section 4 below) and collects:

  • Pages viewed and time on page
  • Referral source (how you found us)
  • Device type, browser, and approximate location (city-level)
  • Interactions with calls-to-action on blog posts

We do not enable Google Signals or advertising features. We do not link analytics data to your personal identity.

Google Ads conversion tracking

If you arrive at our service pages from a Google ad, we record the visit as a conversion event so we can measure advertising effectiveness. This uses the same Google tag (gtag.js) as our analytics. No additional personal data is collected beyond what Google Ads already knows from the click.

3. Third-party services

We use a limited number of third-party services. Each receives only the data necessary for its function:

Service Purpose Data shared
HubSpot (EU) CRM, forms, meeting scheduling Form submissions, booking details
Google Analytics 4 Website analytics Anonymized usage data, page views
Google Ads Conversion measurement Conversion events on service pages
Google Fonts Typography (Lexend, Source Sans 3) IP address, browser info (standard HTTP)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties not listed above.

4. Cookies and local storage

When you first visit our site, a cookie consent banner appears at the bottom of the page. No analytics or marketing cookies are set until you make a choice. You can accept all, reject all, or customise by category (analytics and marketing).

  • exitIntentSeenAt — Timestamp to avoid showing the same popup repeatedly
  • exitIntentConverted — Remembers if you already interacted with a popup

How to control cookies

You have several options to manage cookies:

  • Cookie consent banner: Use the banner that appears on your first visit to accept, reject, or customise cookie categories. To change your preference later, clear the buldtech_consent cookie from your browser and reload the page.
  • Browser settings: Most browsers let you block all third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or get notified when a cookie is set.

Blocking or rejecting cookies will not affect the core functionality of our website. You can still browse all pages, read blog posts, and contact us.

5. How we protect your data

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
  • Form data is sent directly to HubSpot's EU data center — it never passes through our own servers
  • We limit internal access to customer data to team members who need it for project delivery
  • We do not store payment information — all payments are handled through separate invoicing

6. Data retention

  • Contact form submissions: Retained in HubSpot for the duration of our business relationship, plus up to 2 years after last contact for follow-up purposes
  • Lead magnet form submissions: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics retains data for 14 months (our configured retention period)
  • Project-related data: Retained for 6 years after project completion for legal and accounting requirements

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — Ask us to fix inaccurate data
  • Deletion — Ask us to delete your personal data
  • Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, email info@buldtech.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. International data transfers

Our primary CRM (HubSpot) processes data in the European Union. Google Analytics data may be processed in the United States under Google's data processing terms and Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not transfer personal data to countries without adequate data protection safeguards unless appropriate mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
